Deeper Living Beginnings

One day a university professor, an author, and a communications pro met over an online conference call to chat about ways to help people focus on what matters most to them.

We started with a book project and a group of University students who gave input, ideas, and feedback on a workshop that would help people outsmart their smartphones. That workshop gave us another idea.

We didn’t just want to help people take control of their phone usage, although that’s a great start. We wanted to provide a setting where folks could process and practice the research-proven techniques you find in scientific literature. In other words, a learning experience leading to life change.

Making Research Work for You

That's where The Deeper Living Project comes in. Our workshops cover topics that include better smartphone use, the benefits of daily gratitude, and spiritual practices to help you thrive in a tech-saturated world.

The Deeper Living Project will help you thrive in what matters the most by delivering proven, research-based solutions and practices through our workshops, classes, books, and webinars. That thriving could include:

Let's Work Together

We do the deep dives into the research, figure out what actually works, and then deliver the most user-friendly practices and habits for better living that anyone can use. If you want to invite us to share a workshop in person or if you'd like to learn about our next online workshop, we'd love to hear from you via our contact form below.
